My new IAF essay

ellenkushner“The Interstitial Arts Foundation: An Introduction” , which I wrote at the invitation of Jack Dann for his Nebula Awards® Showcase 2005 (ROC/PenguinPutnam, March 2005) for a section called “Movements in Science Fiction and Fantasy: a Symposium," is now available online, courtesy of Jack and his agent - and the generous webwork of Jennifer Pelland.
On the page listing all our theoretical essays it’s described thusly:
“Whose idea was this, anyway? In a brief overview of the organization and its goals, Ellen Kushner narrates the founding of the IAF, its essential outlook, vision and hopes for the future.”
