Where in the World Am I?
Jul. 23rd, 2007 01:26 amClarion is cool. The Univ of Calif San Diego (UCSD) is the summer host to diverse groups - we are currently sharing the cafeteria with scads of pre-teen soccer players who can eat all the ice cream they want, and a gaggle of Esperanto speakers here for a week of, well, Esperanto-speaking. The cafeteria food is not nearly as bad as -- -- said it was. If you're in the area, stop by and see us at the following venues:
SUNDAY, July 29, 11 - Noon
signing (free, I think) copies of The Privilege of the Sword (now out in paperback!) at the Bantam booth at San Diego ComicCon
WEDS, August 1, 7 p.m.
Reading & Signing (with Delia Sherman) at San Diego's Mysterious Galaxy Books (thanks, MG - and MeH! - for a terrific writeup!).
