[livejournal.com profile] minami_neko has spiffed up her grand selection of Cafepress Riverside T-Shirts & Paraphenalia (including some new art by [livejournal.com profile] yaoi_in_exile and a very nice St Vier quote provided by [livejournal.com profile] rm, which blazons not only shirts but Messenger Bags, Trucker Caps &, um, personal wear)!

While waiting (endlessly) for Delia & me to come up with a true heraldic blazon & obscure motto for our University, the tres agreable Mme. Minami has also provided shirts & sweatshirts for the University store as per [livejournal.com profile] tlatoani's request for "what you would wear if the University were modern and had t-shirts, and you went there" . . . Of course, sprightly young jocks will all need that TPOTS hoodie for field hockey practice . . . .Out of school and expecting? Then you'll surely need the "Alec Campion Book Burning" Maternity T? And who could resist the "Suicide/Homicide/Regicide/Riverside" Beer Stein - or BBQ Apron? Not I.

If you've got more ideas for her - or merely wish to express your enthusiasm (or to see how all this madness developed) - check out this post on her LJ . . . which also inspired [livejournal.com profile] copinggoggles to create more fabulous designs on Spreadshirt, including the notorious "Republicans for L-- F__" (Sadly, the "Campion/St Vier in 2008" seems to have disappeared - maybe she can be persuaded to reinstate it? Or has it just become too painfully clear that they'd never stand a chance against Hillary/Obama?) But they still don't Have it in Brown.

They look great! I'd still like the true heraldic blazon and obscure motto, though; I'm a traditionalist. ;-)

The index page for the spreadshirt shop says that due to technical difficulties the Campion/St. Vier 2008 shirts should be back tomorrow. I swoon ... must have!

Guilty of ordering two, around two days ago ;)

I am such a t-shirt addict, these days.

Also, I wanted to say it is SO AWESOME that there are plus-sized ladies t-shirts there. I usually have to get the guy's/unisex t-shirts. Can't wait till they arrive!

Now that Hillary is no longer an option and many of us refuse to take this next election seriously?

The Campion/St Vier shirts needs to BEEEEEEE.

Again.

Plz.

(Coppingoggles.)

Is it "bad" to change one's mind about wanting kids just so one would be able to wear those maternity shirts? *scratches head ponderingly*

Also, can vouch that the Riverside thongs fit like magic and are the sexiest things on the planet! :D

(Okaythatwasn'tmortifying.)

I'm in love with all of them, but I probably favor the one with the university 'logo'. ♥

I love the Spreadshirt Suicide/Homicide/Regicide/Riverside design! Any chance of a red-on-black tote bag, for those of us who don't do T-shirts?

You'll have to ask minami_neko - she may be checking comments here, but I'm not sure. Glad you like it!

Oops - I deleted your other comment by accident- I'm not new to LJ, but still perfectly capable of bollixing it up! Try the link above where I said, "Check out this post" - or try Minami-Neko now that I've gone back and spelt her name right....

I will humble myself publicly and ask you to translate here - I think I get "venias," but will gladly take instruction.

"Until You come." The high point of Communion. (I am not making fun of my own religion, I happen to believe that there are layers of meaning--physical, emotional, spiritual--that are in harmony with one another.)

I think "Donec Venias" has many different possible interpretations, and I like it. If Ms. Kushner likes it I will try to incorporate it into the design.

I know, I love cafepress for that. I just hate that they cost so much more.

Oh so YOU were the one. I was looking at the screen when I saw that someone'd bought one going "OMG". Well, I'm glad they are comfy!

And yes, it's bad to want to have kids just for the clothes, but it is not bad to give any pregnant friends the maternity shirts even if they've never read the books. "Suicide homicide regicide Riverside" would get (I imagine) the BEST reactions out of attendants at a baby shower! Oh, and the baby clothes as well!

Well, I'm sorry to say that Cafepress only does white and yellow tote bags, and the spreadshirt designs are coppinggoggles.... I don't know if spreadshirt does other colors of totebags, you'll have to ask her...

Thank you so much for posting about my new designs! I am having a lot of fun with these, and am very, very grateful every time someone purchases something. (Not that I'm making any money out of this... Despite the commissions with the paid account I had to get to have multiple designs I'm sorta losing money. Not a whole lot, though.)

Oh, and this idea amused me: "Streamline the legal system - Re-institute dueling."

I'm...the only one? *resists singing the Tigger Song* Wowza. I feel oddly speshul. :D Glad to put a little "OMG" in your day.

Okay, okay...but now, is it "bad" to wish one of your friends would get knocked up so they could be presented with the shirt, though none are married? (I'mgoingtoHell, aren'tI?)

Amworkingonit. Want to draw nifty picture of dueling, though I have in the past not done many action scenes.
