I recently met Sarah Brannen. I really like her work; there's a very Riverside-y piece up on her Children's Illustration Portfolio webpage, and another that reminds me a lot of Terri Windling's aesthetic - lower righthand corner, "Full Moon," could be an illustration for a story TW would love.
