I'd been looking forward to reading this ever since I heard Cory Doctorow had a story in the new anthology! I like it a lot, a lot, a lot, and finished it with a deeper understanding of both elves and the Internet-- something that might be true of only "Shannon's Law" out of all the fiction in the world.
