Tonight's Small Beer Press reading at Cup & Pen was just wonderful! The first half turned into kind of an infomercial for Interfictions, with Veronica reading part of "Rats" (brilliant as always), and Delia reading most of the Afterword (whereof you can read an edited version of same here). Then Carol Emshwiller blessed us with a new short story - god, she's wonderful! - and I read part of the Rogues' Ball from TPOTS, which is always delicious to perform. Alec is so wasted, and the artists are so hilarious! It was really, really nice that so many friends old & new came out to see us. I won't list everyone here, but you know who you are (feel free to wave back in Comments!), and Thank You. (And don't grovel if you couldn't make it - the weather's been miserable, and it's a busy time. I understand. I understand.) THIS JUST IN: Cool Weird Photos of us reading!
