In all seriousness, dear old Bordertown not only influenced me as a writer, but probably saved my life or at least my mental health on a couple of occasions. So, yeay Holly!

oh, same here! I could read Bordertown stories all day. Those are the cool kids I wanted to be in high school (hell, the ones I want to be now), not the ones with the topsiders and perfectly worn designer flannel shirts.

For me it was always the idea that there was somewhere for the lost and the broken to go; a place where they could find family and piece together magic and art and music into something worthwhile. Bordertown was a place where magic wasn't just reserved for the beautiful Disney princesses.
