Nestled in the Stanford Alumnae Bulletin's collection of First lines from the application essays of Stanford's freshman class, amongst descriptions of battling cancer, paralysis, 9/11 and Charlie Brown, we find:
My younger sister, Jessica, arrived home one day reeling about the shirt that her friend had worn to school. It had simply read, “Genocide, Homicide, Suicide, Riverside.”
It was
minami_nekko who first pointed this out to me, and together we cooked up one that read Suicide, Homicide, Regicide, Riverside - and spawned a host of other designs of great splendor. Unfortunately, her original T-shirt collection seems to have been taken down - But, wait! The other version (by
copinggoggles) is still up! I'm going to remember to order one this time - and you can, too!
