Thanks for the link to Feldenkrais - my son took classes in his first year at drama school and frankly I had no idea what he was on about when he tried to explain what he was doing. ;) Now when he tells me he has/feels a kink in his vertebra that pulls his hip so he doesn't stand evenly - when to me he's perfectly upright - I shall nod in understanding. I like your instructor's quote too!
