My Little Golden Book Gown

Little Golden Books: they launched in 1942 with such now-classic titles as The Poky Puppy, and my own favorite, The Little Red Caboose. . . . and wasn't there something to do with kittens?
Now someone has made a "Storybook gown" constructed entirely out of children's Golden Books.
She explains: The skirt is comprised entirely of the illustrations from the books sewn together with metallic gold thread, and the bodice is made from the books' foil spines.
Oh, those golden spines! They looked like Baroque ornament, lending dignity and posh attitude to otherwise cheerful little stories for sticky little hands. Bitterly metallic on the tongue, they eventually flaked off most satisfactorily.
I don't know who Ryan Novelline is, but I want her for my own personal couturier. Just look at this thing!
