I alternated between reading a chapter from AN and a story from a Chekhov collection.
The mind boggles.
Still, probably easier on the bod than what we used to do when we were kids, which was to spin round and round until we fell over and then lie on our backs staring at the world and laughing. . . .Same effect, though, I bet.
