Delia Sherman & I will be teaching the final two weeks of the Clarion Writers' Workshop this coming summer, 2007. We just got exciting news from the Clarion Foundation: the workshop is moving from Lansing, Michigan to San Diego! (We are especially pleased about the move for the selfish reason that the following Friday we're due in Berkeley to be Guests of Honor at Mythcon 38 - and this way we don't have to fly cross-country twice to make our commitments! Clarion is well known for its capacity to exhaust instructors as well as students. For the time between Clarion & Mythcon, the word spa has actually been uttered for the first time in the Kushner/Sherman household. Any suggestions? A tiny shack on Big Sur is also accceptable.)

Also, the Clarion Auction is now up and running. Bantam donated an Advance Reading Copy of The Privilege of the Sword.. There aren't that many of these around, so bid high! You know you want to.
